On November 10, the construction of the main structure of Yiwu Comprehensive Bonded Zone Stage I Project (Logistics & Warehousing Phase I) in Zhejiang Province undertaken by China MCC20 Group fully commenced.
Located within the Yiwu Comprehensive Bonded Zone, the project is a bridgehead of Yiwu's bid to build a leading area for opening-up, and also a strong platform for Yiwu to advance high-level openness and high-quality development. Covering a land area of about 32,594 square meters and a building area of about 133,282 square meters, it includes BI Warehouse and B2 Warehouse (both situated on the two floors on the ground) and has a maximum single span of 24 meters. Notably, it builds on pile foundation above which are bearing platform and connecting beams, and it adopts a structural form integrating reinforced concrete frame structure and light steel roofing structure.
